This recognition is awarded to law firms and corporations that demonstrate an exceptional, ongoing commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession.

LCLD is made up of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—leaders dedicated to fostering a legal community where all professionals have the opportunity to succeed. The Top Performer distinction is reserved for organizations ranking in the top 20 percent for participation in LCLD programs and initiatives.

This year, our 2025 LCLD Fellow, Audrey Anyaele, recently concluded her successful fellowship at the LCLD Fall Meeting. We are also pleased to congratulate and support our incoming 2026 Fellow, Kelly Near, as she embarks on what we know will be an equally enriching and impactful year.
