In 2023, President & Managing Member Catherine Pyune McEldowney joined the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), making a personal and organizational pledge to create a more diverse legal profession.


Setting the Standard.

Maron Marvel is seeking Mansfield Rule Certification through the auspices of the Diversity Lab. We look forward to joining the July 2023 Mid-Size Firm Cohort to ensure that all of our hiring, retention, compensation, training, and managerial systems meet the highest DEI standards and so that the firm can benefit from the best practices identified and curated by the Diversity Lab and firms of comparable size.
