Ruku Sarkar serves on the National Counsel team and defends clients in toxic tort, environmental and personal injury litigation. He provides strategic counsel to Fortune 500 companies on mitigating and managing litigation risk. From case inception through trial, he oversees all aspects of litigation and employs a strategic, outcome-driven approach to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions in complex, multi-district matters nationwide. He prides himself on his ability to develop expert witnesses from various medical and scientific disciplines who can help advance these solutions.

Ruku is a regular speaker on environmental and toxic tort topics, including the effective use of genomics to defend chemical exposure cases.

He is also associate general counsel for Exceptional Care for Children, Delaware’s first and only pediatric-care nursing facility, for which he handles employment/labor and general litigation matters.
