Ruku Sarkar brings over 15 years of experience defending clients in environmental and chemical litigation and advising Fortune 500 clients in mitigating and managing litigation risk. From the onset of a case to trial, he oversees and coordinates all aspects of litigation. Using a strategic and outcome-oriented approach, Ruku identifies creative yet cost-effective solutions to problems involving complex multi-district litigation, which often spans the United States. He prides himself on my ability to develop expert witnesses from various medical and scientific disciplines who can help advance these solutions.

Ruku is a regular speaker on environmental and toxic tort topics, including the effective use of genomics to defend chemical exposure cases.

He is also associate general counsel for Exceptional Care for Children, Delaware’s first and only pediatric-care nursing facility, for which he handles employment/labor and general litigation matters.
