He has over 25 years’ experience in toxic tort litigation nationally, regionally, and locally.  Wayne has been noted for his superior ability to coordinate the defense and resolution of toxic tort claims brought against major petrochemical companies nationally, regionally, and locally.  His unparalleled ability to identify and prepare the best defense through a study of the firm’s clients, selection and preparation of fact, corporate, and expert witnesses, and development of consistent litigation strategy has earned him a reputation for excellence in trial practice.  He has handled asbestos, silica, benzene and assorted chemical cases, medical malpractice matters, and other complex civil litigation.  Wayne also serves as a certified mediator for the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.
