Wade C. Wilkinson

Wade Wilkinson is a driven litigation attorney with two decades of experience providing top-tier legal services across all stages of litigation. He is highly skilled in managing complex cases from investigation, pleadings, and discovery through pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeals. Adept at conducting thorough investigations, he has extensive experience interviewing clients and witnesses, gathering and analyzing critical documents, and assessing facts that shape case outcomes. Wade has a proven ability to develop and implement effective litigation strategies that deliver both cost-efficient and successful results for his clients.

In addition to his litigation practice, Wade serves as Rapid Response Coordinator for Maron Marvel’s transportation team. He helps coordinate immediate response efforts following serious commercial vehicle accidents, including on-scene investigations, expert resources, evidence preservation, and client communications to help motor carriers and insurers navigate the critical hours and days following a catastrophic loss.
