Thomas F. Dannehy 

Thomas Dannehy is an experienced associate attorney with a broad civil litigation practice, representing clients in a variety of matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal. He focuses on resolving complex legal issues involving contract and tort disputes, insurance coverage, property disputes, motor torts, and corporate and association governance. 

Thomas has experience defending individuals, businesses, insurers, and other entities in general liability matters, medical malpractice claims, environmental and mass tort litigation, and highway defect claims. He handles all stages of litigation, including conducting discovery, deposing fact and expert witnesses, preparing dispositive motions and legal briefs, and negotiating settlements through mediation and court-mandated conferences. 

He also prepares coverage opinions and pursues declaratory judgment actions to resolve insurance coverage disputes. His experience includes analyzing liability and potential exposure, developing litigation strategies, and advocating for clients through motion practice and appellate proceedings.
