Terry A. Schrock

Terry Schrock is the Managing Partner of Maron Marvel’s Pittsburgh office.

With over two decades of legal experience, he is a seasoned attorney specializing in toxic tort litigation. For 24 years, Terry has represented clients across a broad spectrum of complex matters, including asbestos and benzene exposure claims, workers’ compensation disputes, commercial litigation, general liability defense, and insurance coverage analysis.

Terry graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in English. He graduated from Duquesne Law School as a member of Law Review, and recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in trial advocacy.

Terry is licensed in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Southern District of West Virginia. His practice is rooted in strategic advocacy, meticulous case evaluation, and a deep understanding of the scientific and regulatory nuances that define toxic torts. Terry has worked closely with corporate clients, insurers, and individuals, navigating high-stakes litigation with precision and integrity.

Whether advising on coverage opinions, or defending against mass tort claims, Terry brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach to every case. Hed is passionate about delivering clear guidance, protecting client interest, and resolving disputes efficiently.

When not practicing law Terry serves his second term on the New Kensington Arnold School District school board, where he most recently held the positions of vice president and chairman of the ad hoc negotiating committee. Terry is an assistant varsity baseball coach in the same district. He also serves as secretary of the Northern Westmoreland Career & Technology Center, where he has served on the board for 4 years. He most enjoys spending time with his wife of 29 years and their three college-aged children.
