Stuart W. Moore _he/him/his

Stuart Moore is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he represents insurers and their insureds in a broad range of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses on premises liability, automobile negligence, and products liability defense. Stuart manages all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Stuart gained extensive litigation experience through judicial externships with the Honorable Chad F. Kenney and the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In those roles, he conducted legal research, drafted judicial memoranda and opinions, and observed trials, hearings, settlement conferences, and appellate proceedings.

During law school, Stuart served as a law clerk where he supported complex pharmaceutical and automotive products liability, commercial litigation, and multidistrict litigation matters. He also externed with the City of Philadelphia Law Department’s Affirmative and Special Litigation Division, assisting with dispositive motion practice and legal research involving municipal litigation and public policy issues.
