Samantha Schuster’s diverse experience encompasses a broad range of matters, including contract disputes, construction defect litigation, family law, personal injury, criminal defense, probate, estate planning, and business formation. Samantha’s litigation background includes drafting complex pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and discovery materials, as well as preparing for and conducting depositions.
