Rohit Dhar

Rohit Dhar is an associate whose practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, representing clients across construction, auto, and premises liability matters throughout Texas. He brings a strong record of managing high-volume, complex caseloads and delivering practical, results-oriented solutions through strategic advocacy.

Rohit has experience managing active caseloads and overseeing all stages of litigation including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. He has drafted and argued motions in courts across North Texas and achieved favorable outcomes through mediation and targeted negotiation.

Prior to joining the firm, Rohit represented contractors and insureds in subrogation and injury defense claims. He handled depositions, pre-trial motions, and settlement negotiations in complex premises and product liability disputes.

Rohit also gained extensive experience in personal injury litigation and managed cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. His responsibilities included negotiating UM/UIM settlements, arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial across multiple jurisdictions.
