Morgan Miller

Morgan Miller defends clients in various toxic tort fields, including asbestos, industrial and cosmetic talc, and premises liability. She believes that honest and direct communication is crucial to maintain successful relationships with clients, especially in a litigious and high-risk jurisdiction like South Carolina. Morgan understands that complex litigation requires a team-oriented approach, and she works closely with colleagues and senior attorneys to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Responsive and attentive to detail, Morgan is experienced in all stages of litigation. Prior to becoming a defense attorney, Morgan represented litigants in family court. In law school, she competed on the nationally ranked Mock Trial team, as well as the Moot Court team. In the J. Woodrow Lewis Moot Court Competition at the Supreme Court of South Carolina, Supreme Court Justices awarded Morgan with the Best Oralist award.

Outside of the office, you can find Morgan cheering on the Hokies or spending time with her hound dog, Lincoln.
