Lauren Ehrhardt is an associate in Maron Marvel’s Houston office, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. She represents clients through all stages of litigation, bringing experience that spans complex personal injury matters, insurance coverage analysis, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance.
Lauren has experience representing clients in complex personal injury litigation from inception through resolution. She manages all aspects of case development, including factual investigation, written and oral discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Lauren’s hands-on litigation experience includes taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions, and preparing cases for mediation and trial.
Lauren’s diverse background, including several years as a middle-school English and ESL teacher, equips her with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a grounded, client-focused approach.
