Kimberly A. Lapworth - Maron Marvel

Kimberly Lapworth always knew she wanted to be an attorney. Today, with over 20 years of experience defending corporations in product liability and mass tort litigation, she provides exceptional service, dedication, and in-depth analysis to get the best possible outcome for her clients.

She focuses her practice on cases involving asbestos, silica, and latex in mass tort litigation. She also manages national coordinating counsel responsibilities, including coordinating the defense team for insurance carriers, self-insured organizations, and nationwide local counsel.

Kimberly handles complex product liability defense litigation concentrating on medical devices and industrial equipment. She has experience in multi-district litigation (MDL) in federal and state courts. Of note is her nationwide defense of a latex glove manufacturer in federal MDL and numerous state jurisdictions.

Rounding out her practice is her capabilities in general liability. She defends general premises and motor vehicle actions.
