M. Kim Sidell Christy

Kim Christy a member of the firm’s risk management team. 

She utilizes her blended background in business and law to support the firm’s national portfolio management teams, including toxic tort, personal injury, and class action litigation.  Kim manages litigation risk analysis for the firm’s global corporate clients and coordinates portfolio reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.  She helped develop the firm’s unique and powerful perspectives in identification and management of litigation risk.  Kim provides clients with regular in-depth analyses of historical and potential future risk, underpinning the formation and development of litigation management strategies.  In addition to managing portfolio Medicare compliance, she has successfully managed the development and implementation of the firm’s advanced litigation management technology solutions for multiple portfolios.  Kim previously served as Judicial Extern to Delaware Superior Court Judge Jan R. Jurden.
