John is an experienced litigator with nearly three decades of practice representing clients in complex civil matters. His work focuses primarily on defending complex toxic tort and personal injury claims in both state and federal courts. Over the course of his career, John has handled a wide range of high-exposure matters involving allegations of environmental and occupational exposure, catastrophic injury, and other technically and legally challenging disputes.
In addition to toxic tort and personal injury defense, John represents clients in subrogation actions and property damage claims and regularly provides strategic legal counsel to help clients assess risk, evaluate litigation exposure, and develop effective defense strategies. He works closely with insurers, corporate clients, and risk management professionals to resolve claims efficiently while protecting long-term business interests.
Before joining the firm, John practiced as a plaintiff’s attorney, an experience that provides him with valuable insight into how claims are developed, evaluated, and pursued from the opposing side. This background gives him a well-rounded perspective when assessing case value, anticipating litigation strategies, and developing effective defenses for his clients.
