Jamie M. Zanovec

Jamie M. Zanovec is a partner in the firm’s New Orleans office with more than 20 years of litigation experience defending clients across a broad range of complex disputes in Louisiana state and federal courts. Rooted in a deep background in toxic tort defense, representing suppliers and manufacturers against product liability and premises claims, Jamie has expanded her practice to encompass general casualty and property litigation, construction defect and design claims, and insurance-related matters, including handling hundreds of hurricane cases on behalf of insurers and insurance guaranty associations.

Jamie is known for her ability to manage large and varied dockets without losing sight of what matters most: understanding each client’s risk tolerance and positioning cases for early, cost-effective resolution wherever possible. Her approach is practical and strategic — she identifies exposure early, communicates candidly about the realities of a case, and works efficiently toward outcomes that align with her clients’ goals, whether through mediation, settlement, or trial.

A graduate of LSU Law Center, where she earned both her J.D. and a Bachelor of Civil Law, Jamie is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts and is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
