Jacqueline Bolden is an associate in Maron Marvel’s Houston office, where she represents clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters. Her practice includes the defense of product liability, mass tort, catastrophic injury, premises liability, commercial transportation, construction defect, professional liability, and general liability claims in both state and federal courts.
Jacqueline has experience managing all phases of litigation, from developing case strategy through trial preparation. She drafts and argues substantive motions, prepares complex pleadings and discovery, conducts and defends depositions, and advises clients on litigation strategy and case resolution. She has participated in numerous jury trials and has helped secure multiple defense verdicts in personal injury, professional liability, and landlord-tenant matters. She has also been selected to serve as first chair in a jury trial involving a rideshare liability claim, demonstrating the confidence clients and colleagues place in her litigation skills.
Committed to excellence in trial advocacy, Jacqueline is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Trial Academy at Stanford University. She is an experienced courtroom advocate with a practical, client-focused approach to litigation and is dedicated to achieving efficient, favorable outcomes for her clients.
Before entering private practice, Jacqueline served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Martin Hoffman of the 68th Judicial District Court in Dallas County, Texas, where she gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom procedure.
