Heather E. Selekman 

Heather Selekman is an associate attorney whose practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation matters, drawing on her experience in private practice and through her judicial clerkship. She brings experience in legal research, drafting motions and memoranda, and supporting litigation proceedings, with a background in workers’ compensation, insurance claim investigations, and civil litigation. 

Prior to joining the firm, Heather served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Carl C. Danberg of the Delaware Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted opinions, bench memoranda, motions, and orders in civil and criminal matters.  

Her experience also includes conducting legal research, preparing case materials for hearings and trials, and assisting with judicial decision-making. In private practice, she supported workers’ compensation matters, drafted legal documents, conducted insurance claim investigations, and facilitated discovery. 

Heather is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court, the Delaware State Bar Association, and the Women in the Law Section.
