Ben Freeman is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office. His practice is informed by experience in environmental law, regulatory matters, complex litigation, and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as a Law Fellow with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia, where he analyzed drinking water regulations, PFAS-related litigation issues, and matters arising under the Safe Drinking Water Act. He previously clerked with the EPA’s Office of Site Remediation Enforcement, researching issues involving CERCLA litigation, consent decree modifications, and contaminated property liability.
