Anthony Mirabile is an attorney in the firm’s Philadelphia office whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including mass tort and product liability defense. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, he has represented corporate clients through every stage of the litigation process, with a concentration on asbestos litigation and other toxic tort matters.
Anthony has defended hundreds of depositions, prepared and argued dispositive motions, drafted mediation statements, trial briefs, motions in limine, and jury instructions, and managed all phases of discovery. He has participated in jury selection, tried cases in municipal court and arbitration, negotiated settlements, and worked closely with clients and claims professionals to develop effective litigation strategies. His experience also includes participating in federal multidistrict asbestos litigation and serving as a court-appointed arbitrator.
In addition to his extensive mass tort practice, Anthony has handled matters involving commercial litigation, construction disputes, contracts, intellectual property, consumer protection claims, and insurance-related issues.
