Anna Richard

Anna Richard is a dedicated legal professional with experience in litigation and a strong foundation in legal research and client advocacy. She has worked on a range of legal matters involving bankruptcy, housing, and probate, assisting attorneys with case preparation and representing clients in eviction proceedings. Her experience in both judicial and legal aid settings has equipped her with the skills necessary to analyze complex legal issues and support effective case strategies. 

Anna is skilled in conducting in-depth legal research and drafting detailed memoranda, pleadings, and judicial opinions analyzing legal issues and case law. Through her judicial experience with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Delaware State Bar Association Judicial Clerkship Program, she has developed an understanding of judicial decision-making and procedural requirements. Her work has included preparing judicial opinions, drafting memoranda and orders, and analyzing bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 13 repayment plans. She has also assisted with bankruptcy case preparation and client correspondence, applying her research and writing skills to support legal proceedings. 

Committed to effective client representation and access to justice, Anna has worked directly with individuals navigating complex legal matters. During her internship at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, she assisted clients with housing and probate issues, including representing clients in eviction proceedings. She also volunteered with the State Bar of Texas Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project, helping disadvantaged individuals address bankruptcy matters. These experiences reflect her dedication to providing thoughtful legal support and helping clients navigate the legal process.
