Allyson K. Delgado

Allyson Delgado is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office whose practice focuses on civil litigation. She represents businesses, insurers, and insureds through all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, Allyson represented clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including medical malpractice, construction, transportation, employment, insurance coverage, and fair housing disputes. She has substantial experience managing discovery, conducting legal research, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, coordinating expert witnesses, reviewing medical records, and advising clients throughout the litigation process.
