Allyson B. Bertin

Allyson Bertin is a partner in Maron Marvel’s Pittsburgh office. She has over a decade of experience defending the interests of corporations in products liability litigation including suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and premises owners in Allegheny County and surrounding jurisdictions.

In her years of practice, Allyson has represented a variety of defendants ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate about quality representation and has won past victories on issues such as choice of law, lack of duty, personal jurisdiction, statute of limitations, exclusion of hearsay testimony, and failure to prove a prima facie case.  

Prior to entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk and is known for her attention to detail and ability to deconstruct cases involving dozens of defendants and complex medical issues. She respects her clients’ chosen litigation strategies and works to achieve the best possible result in each case.    

Outside of work, Allyson enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband and three children.
