Zachary R. Wasserstein

Zachary Wasserstein focuses his practice in the defense of claims involving personal injury, toxic torts, and negligence.

Zach is dedicated to getting the best results for his clients which include insurance carriers and their insureds and self-insured companies. He carefully analyzes his case’s strengths and weaknesses and communicates with his clients throughout the litigation process.

Before joining Maron Marvel, Zach served as law clerk to the Honorable Mitchell L. Pascual, J.S.C. at the Hudson Vicinage in Jersey City, New Jersey. During law school, Zach gained legal experience as a legal intern at the Fordham Law School Intellectual Property Law Clinic and as a research assistant Center for National Security at Fordham Law School. Prior to law school, Zach worked as a paralegal at a multinational law firm.
