Victoria “Tori” Tuhovak focuses her practice on general liability and negligence-based defense litigation.

Tori is a client-centered litigator. She fosters trust and produces favorable outcomes through a combination of clear communication, creative problem-solving, and fierce advocacy. She plans for contingencies, negotiates skillfully, and effectively manages client expectations by thoroughly counseling on the risks and benefits during each phase of litigation.

Before joining Maron Marvel, she worked for a boutique personal injury defense firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Before that, she managed a team of plaintiffs’ attorneys in Austin, Texas. Her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation provides a strategic vantage point, helping her to tactfully resolve cases.
