Stephen W. Gause

Stephen Gause concentrates his practice on the defense of corporations involved in product liability and toxic tort claims.

Stephen, a director in the Charleston office, has defended companies in mass toxic tort litigation for nearly 20 years. He works closely with national coordinating counsel team members to develop and implement strategies to effectively manage litigation dockets throughout the United States. He is a certified Circuit Court Mediator in South Carolina and has volunteered his time at the Midlands Mediation Center in Columbia, SC. Stephen is active in his local church and the Hanahan Recreation Department, where he has coached youth soccer and baseball.
