Keira T. Mitchell _She/Her

For over 12 years, Keira Mitchell has provided legal services to businesses, state and national governments, and individuals across multiple practice areas. A seasoned litigator, Keira has experience managing cases in both jury and bench trials. Her trial experience includes sitting as first-chair and being in decision-making roles through all stages of litigation.

Keira defends insureds in personal injury and maritime claims. She also has experience handling family law, guardianship law, probate, and property tax matters. Keira’s objective is to get her insurance carrier clients the results they want. She believes trust, based on straightforward advice, is the basis of any successful client relationship. Her goal is to give her clients the information to clearly understand the best strategy to achieve cost-efficient and timely outcomes. Keira is also a certified mediator.

Prior to joining Maron Marvel, Keira worked for the Attorney General of Texas as an assistant attorney general. In this role, she represented the State of Texas in cases involving child and medical support matters.
