Kay F. Dodge

Kay Dodge is a member of several national coordinating teams for mass tort and personal injury claims.

Kay coordinates discovery obligations nationwide and handles document resources. She manages case intake for a national counsel team, as well as overseeing reporting for that client. She also handles Medicare reporting obligations for a national counsel team and works with both the client and third-party contractors to coordinate reporting obligations under that legislation. Kay also works to prepare corporate witnesses for deposition, as well as factual discovery regarding products, work sites, and corporate histories of those clients where needed. She has participated in briefing and arguing civil appeals to both the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and has participated in trials in federal court in Mississippi.
