Katherine A. Ferry

Kate Ferry is a litigator who defends insureds in general liability matters concerning personal injury and premises liability in high-exposure, complex cases throughout Illinois and Indiana.

Kate is experienced in handling all stages of litigation. She skillfully determines strengths and weaknesses in her cases, allowing her to develop a clear strategy that moves toward the goal of successful resolution on behalf of her clients.

Kate represents insurance carriers, self-insured organizations and businesses. Kate has experience defending clients in toxic tort, asbestos, construction, transportation and trucking, premises liability, commercial litigation, Tort Immunity Act, and insurance coverage matters.

Complimenting her capabilities, Kate also passed the Uniform Bar Examination (‘UBE’) allowing her to waive into any state that subscribes to the UBE.
