Brian C. Ebarb

Brian Ebarb defends both insurance carriers and businesses with a nation-wide presence in state and federal court in Louisiana. He represents clients in a variety of matters including product liability, premises liability, personal injury, environmental, construction defect, and toxic tort. Brian brings a bleeding-edge technology background to the firm which he implements in data management and security practices to protect client data while reducing their overall expenses.

Prior to his career in civil law, Brian spent years as a prosecutor with both the Orleans Parish District Attorney and the United States Attorney’s Office where he tried numerous criminal cases before state and federal juries. After his time as a prosecutor, Brian worked with the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Louisiana where he defended state agencies and employees in civil actions before both state and federal courts in Louisiana. Since his time working with government agencies, Brian has used that experience and knowledge base to defend clients before federal regulatory agencies including the IRS and FDIC.

Brian combines his vast knowledge base of modern technology with almost two decades of government service and private practice to foster the best outcomes in matters while keeping clients informed and expenses as low as possible.
