Branden D. Brooks

Branden Brooks is an associate in the firm’s St. Louis office. Branden focuses his practice on defending clients in toxic tort and product liability actions. He also has experience representing clients in breach of contract, trucking, personal injury defense, and premises liability matters.

Prior to joining the Maron Marvel, Branden worked as a toxic tort and asbestos attorney covering Illinois and Missouri matters. He is also a former prosecutor, where he represented the state of Missouri in prosecuting individuals charged with felony offenses within the city of St. Louis, gained valuable experience in both jury and bench trials, argued hundreds of primary hearings to assist the court in making probable cause determinations regarding felonious matters, and presented cases to the grand jury.
