Mark G. Lionetti is a senior lawyer at the firm, whose relationships, litigation skills, and experience, form the foundation of our local practice. He has over 20 years of casualty litigation and toxic tort experience. Mark is the toxic tort resolution coordinator in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Working with clients, he develops and implements clients' defense strategies.

Mark has been engaged in private practice for more than 20 years, having been a shareholder in a Philadelphia-based defense litigation firm prior to coming to Maron Marvel Bradley & Anderson in 2004 to open the Philadelphia office. Over the past two plus decades, Mark has successfully achieved his clients' goals by providing responsive and innovative representation, specifically suited to each client's needs. He maintains long-term client relationships formed over years of consistent and successful defense of their interests. Clients working with Mark are kept well-advised and involved in their defenses.

Mark's practice has included the defense of manufacturers and other defendants in products liability and toxic tort cases, the defense of restaurants and other businesses in premises liability cases, as well as the defense of railroads in Federal Employers' Liability Act claims. Mark has litigated contract, construction and insurance coverage matters. He has coordinated the defense of toxic tort cases with local counsel in various jurisdictions throughout the country.

Mark serves as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Mark's dedication and achievements on behalf of his clients are reflected in his having been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2009 and 2011.
