Carrie E. Kehner is a Director in the firm's Wilmington office and has over nine years experience defending product manufacturers in toxic tort and product liability litigation throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kehner practiced at a major Philadelphia law firm defending pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, manufacturers of products containing benzene, and general products manufacturers in products liability litigation. Ms. Kehner has also been active in asbestos defense, representing a major U.S. company in hundreds of asbestos personal injury cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. At Maron Marvel Bradley & Anderson, Ms. Kehner is a member of the firm's national practice in mass toxic tort and personal injury litigation.
