Antoinette D. Hubbard is a senior member of the Delaware toxic tort asbestos trial team. Ms. Hubbard also is a member of the firm’s national personal injury litigation team and serves as a Regional Coordinator.
Ms. Hubbard has extensive experience in the defense of complex product liability and toxic tort matters including asbestos, tobacco, benzene and pharmaceutical cases. Ms. Hubbard also has successfully defended personal injury cases, including wrongful death and severe impairment claims, and numerous commercial cases in both federal and state courts.
Ms. Hubbard has written and lectured on diverse topics related to the defense and management of civil cases. She has served as a lecturer and panelist at conferences held by The Products Liability Subcommittee of the Litigation Section of the ABA, The Products Liability Section of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, and The Corporate Counsel Subcommittee of the Torts and Insurance Practices Section of the ABA.
