Andrew Constantine II is the firm’s senior trial attorney. He has successfully tried asbestos cases and is a member of national trial teams for major defendants nationwide. Andrew has over 20 years experience in mass toxic tort litigation.
Mr. Constantine has achieved defense verdicts in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions. He has successfully defended single plaintiff claims and consolidated actions. In his capacity as trial counsel, Mr. Constantine has participated in national defense strategies and served as special punitive damage trial counsel. As a Director of the firm, Mr. Constantine coordinates uniform discovery responses and policy throughout the country, and prepares corporate and expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony.
